A small mystery at school
Where Did the Soccer Ball Go? is the pilot episode of SUPERPOWERS, an animated series about two brothers solving ordinary problems at home and at school. In this story, pattern recognition is not explained from the sidelines. It moves the plot.
The older brother notices how the ground slopes, follows the repeating clues, and checks beneath a bench. The missing ball is there. His way of thinking helps both brothers get back to their game.
What we want to build next
The pilot is a starting point. The Kes Foundation is raising funds to develop a full animated series and bring professional animators, writers, voice performers, and educational advisors into future production.
We want to make stories in which children see different ways of thinking treated as part of everyday life: useful, specific, and worthy of respect.
