Programs built with the children they're built for.
No off-the-shelf curricula. Every program is co-designed with the families it serves, and every cohort teaches us what to do better next.
Assistive Technology & AAC Devices for Autistic Children
Tablets, adaptive software, AAC devices, and sensory-friendly curricula placed in the homes and classrooms that need them. The tool is half the work. The training is the other half.
- Adaptive math, reading, and STEAM curricula that flex around how each child actually thinks
- Tablets and AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) devices placed in homes, with training and support
- Family co-design — no program ships without sign-off from the families who will use it daily
- Teacher partnerships — we train classroom teachers alongside families
IEP Advocacy & Autism Family Support
A practical, sustained support system for autistic children and their families: therapy access, IEP advocacy, peer cohorts, and respite for the people doing the daily work.
- Sliding-scale OT, speech, and ABA-alternative therapy referrals — we follow up
- IEP advocacy — a trained navigator sits in every meeting so families never walk in alone
- Monthly parent cohorts for Black and brown families — no code-switching required
- Quarterly respite weekends so caregivers can rest, and children can play
Workforce Readiness for Neurodiverse & Autistic Youth
For teens and young adults aging out of school services: six-month tech certifications with paid stipends, mentorship from people who look like them, and placement partners committed to neurodiverse hiring.
- Stipended tech certifications — participants are paid to learn
- Mentors who match — every learner paired with a Black or brown professional already in the field
- Real portfolios built for actual partner organizations, not exercises
- Hiring partners committed to neurodiverse-inclusive interviews
Therapy Access Fund — Autism Therapy Grants
Families with resources can pursue intensive, specialized care for their autistic children — the kind insurance rarely covers. The Therapy Access Fund closes that gap with direct grants for specialized and complementary therapies.
- Direct care grants toward specialized therapies, evaluations, and supports insurance won't reimburse
- Family-directed — families know their child best; we help fund the care plan they build with their own providers
- Plain-language help weighing options, costs, and the questions worth asking
All programs are free for participating families.
